The Dabat Research Center (DRC) is a member of the International Network for the Demographic Evaluation of Populations and Their Health in Developing Countries (INDEPTH). INDEPTH is a global network of health and demographic surveillance systems (HDSSs) that provides a comprehensive picture of the health status of communities. Through this collaboration, DRC has:
- Shared its data in INDEPTH data repository
- Produced several publications through collaborative research
- Got technical and analytical support
In addition, DRC has collaborated with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the University of Bergen. The U.S. CDC has provided financial support from 2007 to 2015. The University of Bergen has conducted a research project on Incontinence and Prolapse.
